Bodyweight Burn Review: Full Body Toning Workout Without Equipment

This bodyweight burn review will be similar to the other review I did on the Turbulence Training program. I’ll discuss the pros & cons along with my recommendation at the end. Unlike most of the other Bodyweight Burn System reviews, I’ve also provided some screenshots of the program, so you can see what the program really looks like.

A full-body workout that will not only tone but add a bit of definition is a program I can really get behind, and you’ll see why below.

Hi! My name is Nicole and I’ve been a personal trainer for years. I’m passionate about health and fitness. More importantly, I love helping people get the most out of life by eating right, exercising regularly, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I drive down the street and it’s no wonder that obesity has become an issue in today’s society.

You can’t go too far without driving by a fast-food joint, or a convenience station selling something like 48oz. drinks for $1.

And the “healthier” items always seem to cost more than the greasy unhealthy food! Everything is 2 for 1…except the low-calorie salads!

And to top it all off, the fast-food joints know this, but they also know that drinking that sugar-filled soda and that high calorie, yet delicious meal, sends off all sorts of endorphins in our brains.

It keeps us coming back for more.

Sugar and fat are a big addiction, and I know big companies know just how to hook us.

But I”m here to educate and help you fight back.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 68% of people are either overweight and/or obese. Almost 3 out of 4 people fit in this category. I find this realistic but disturbing.

They also say close to 65% of dieters return to their original weight within 3 years of trying out a diet.

To me, this says that the diets and programs people are doing are not sustainable. If your goal is to lose weight for a short-term goal, then, by all means, try one of the million miracle fad diets on the market.

But if your goal is to learn how to exercise and eat correctly, you need to get the basics down. From there you can make adjustments or modifications to fit your unique body.

A new program to the market called Bodyweight Burn may help those struggling to lose weight, find the results they’ve been desperately looking for.

The program says it will help you activate your body fat burning by an incredible 67% more than traditional workout plans. This is a big claim, so I’ve decided to dig into this product a bit more.

I hope you learn from this and can decide if it’s right for you.

Regardless if you choose this program, the “TT” program, or any other home exercise program, you should be proud of the fact, that you need to take care of your body. It’s the only body we get!

Creators Of Bodyweight Burn

A home exercise program to go. This bodyweight burn review will convince you to get started. Full body toning workout without equipment is here to stay

Let’s first discuss who is behind this new program. Co-creators of the program are Adam Steer and Ryan Murdoch. Adam is a well-respected weight loss author and a bodyweight exercise specialist.

Adam Steer aka The Bodyweight Coach has helped transform over 84,000 people throughout the world. To help people achieve their weight loss goals both Adam and Ryan have traveled around the world putting on seminars, workshops, and training.

Your age and current fitness level is not a factor for these fat-burning exercises. If you’re comfortable stretching, moving around, and your body is capable, you should seriously consider this program. Also, this program will work for both males or females. You’ll notice the videos show both women and men performing the exercises, so no one is excluded from this bodyweight circuit.

Keep in mind that this isn’t a “muscle building” program. You’ll burn fat and build a lean toned physique. It won’t cause any “bulking” on women and it won’t add a large amount of muscle to men. If your goal is to pack on some muscle mass, Ben Pakulski’s mi40 program will better suit your needs.

This full-body toning workout without equipment is perfect for you if you want to lose some weight, improve your health, look great naked (even if it’s just for yourself), and feel more confident at the beach or in the boardroom.

What Is Bodyweight Burn

I never would have believed that a 21-minute workout could kick my butt. I was wrong about that!

Adam’s main fitness clients have been CEOs, businessmen and stay at home moms. People who need to get in shape quickly, without wasting any time.

That’s why every workout in Bodyweight Burn is designed to be completed in 21 minutes. And there are 3 different “workout types” in this approach.

A significant part of the program is based on interval training. If you’re familiar with high-intensity intervals, you’ll know how effective they are:

A recent study in the European Journal of Applied Physiology showed that when it comes to boosting calorie burning, as little as 15 minutes of resistance training did just as good a job as 35 minutes of weight lifting. And the increase in metabolism lasted for as much as 72 hours AFTER the workout!

One of the biggest benefits of this type of training over conventional cardio like treadmills or exercise bikes is that it continues to burn fat for 24 to 48 hours after you finish exercising.

That’s why Adam calls these things “Afterburner workouts”.

He also includes something called “Metabolic Muscle” workouts. They’re designed to build and maintain attractive lean muscle. Because lean muscle burns more calories at rest — which means you burn more fat. And because that muscle is what gives your
body its attractive shape.

The third part of his approach is called “Cardioflow”. This is Adam’s answer to boring traditional treadmills and jogging.

Cardioflow takes a fun series of bodyweight movements and puts them into a long flowing chain. The goal is to move continuously without resting. Burning fat while having fun.

These Cardioflow sessions are no joke, they will get you sweating. But what I really liked is that there are different levels of exertion you can partake in.

These days of the program allow for lower intensity and higher intensity, so you can go to the level you feel comfortable with.

Bodyweight Burn is divided into two 6-week phases, for a total of 12 weeks. You get 1 day of total rest per week, so you’re training 6 days a week. That being said I think you’ll be shocked at how fast you’ll finish the workouts.

What’s Innovative About The System?

Here’s what I loved about the program:

  1. It’s fast. You really can strip away belly fat and build powerful lean muscle with workouts that take LESS than half an hour. That adds up to 2.1 hours a week. And anyone has that kind of time, no matter how busy you are.
  2. Easy to follow. The shorter your workouts, the more likely you are to stick to them. That’s important because consistency is the #1 success factor when it comes to long term fat loss.
  3. No more gyms! You don’t need a gym membership to follow this program, so you actually save money. You can do these workouts in your living room, back yard, hotel room or office. All you need is a small amount of space and a timer.
  4. It’s fun. There are some REALLY cool moves in this program. Stuff I’ve never seen before. And I bet most gym trainers have never seen them either. Adam is passionate about his methods, and it shows. This is a workout that you’ll have fun following.

The Simplicity of The Program

After I received the program I liked the simplicity of the layout. The days are all hyperlinked to the workout for that day. Once you click on the day, you have hyperlinks to videos to show you exactly how to do the exercises for that day.

See the picture below. Actual screenshot of the program.

Unlike other bodyweight burn system reviews, I show you what the program actually looks like.
Actual Look At Program

Adam also backs this program with a 60 day no questions asked money-back guarantee. He’s confident that he can get you results. And he wants you to give it a try at no risk to you.

You can also contact Adam and his team for help at any time through his customer support email. His team is well known in the industry for its fast, courteous response.

What’s Included With Bodyweight Burn Program?

The entire Bodyweight Burn program is available for immediate download.

You don’t need to wait for the mail to arrive to start losing fat. And you can watch the workouts on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

You get THREE essential workout methods with the Bodyweight Burn program:

Afterburner workouts
Metabolic Muscle workouts
Cardioflow workouts

You get video tutorials where Adam coaches you through every single exercise in the program. And these aren’t just some clips filmed in a basement or commercial gym. This was obviously a high-quality production created by a film crew.

Finally, you also get a full pdf manual that explains the theory behind the entire Bodyweight Burn approach, handy wall charts that you can print and post in your workout area for quick reference, and printable journals for tracking your progress.

Everything is done for you. If you want to understand the theory, you can read the main manual. And if you’d rather just want to jump straight to the workouts, there’s a Quick Start guide that tells you exactly what to do.

Bonuses – you also get a bunch of extra material FREE. It includes additional workouts, a supplement review, information on healthy nutrition, mobility routines, and more.

Here’s a small screenshot of some of the bonuses they provide….

Are There Any Negatives?

The website is unimpressive and scammy looking. When I went to buy it, I was turned off by how cheesy and “infomercial” like the website is. But I realized if the product works, as they say, I shouldn’t care about the “packaging” it comes in. I actually felt kind of bad for judging the page, but as a society, that’s what we’ve become. We inherently judge based on looks. Needles to say, I was very pleased with the product regardless of how the website looks.

Another disadvantage I can see is that Bodyweight Burn is only available online. You won’t find this program in stores or on Amazon. But to be fair, Adam did say that he wanted to offer the best possible program with the most complete user-friendly
components, while keeping the cost low enough so anyone could afford it. Making the program downloadable is probably the best way to do that.

And of course, if you’d rather watch the workout videos on your television, it’s very easy to burn the videos to a DVD that will work in any home DVD player.

Bodyweight Burn vs. P90X

Most of us have probably heard of P90X, and I’m not here to bash on it or write any negative notes on it. I think it’s a great program and it’s definitely helped a lot of people. I’ve actually done this program too, and it’s no joke. It will make you work up a sweat.

The one thing I will point out is the cost of P90X. The basic plan starts around $120 and goes all the way up to over $300 for the premium package.

“I’m the type of person that is willing to buy generic compared to brand-name when the active ingredients are the same. I feel like it’s just financially intelligent.”

FAQ of Bodyweight Burn System

Q: What pre-existing level of fitness do I need to start the program? I’m out of shape and worried this will be beyond my ability.

A: Everything in the program is completely scalable. We all started out somewhere—including Adam and Ryan. Test out each of the exercises. When you feel comfortable with your technique, try the workouts. But don’t go “full out” with them. Reduce round times and/or the number of rounds. Take the exercises slowly and deliberately, and build up to the full workout over time. You’ll be doing the full Bodyweight Burn workouts before you know it!

Q: Am I too old?

A: Age is not a barrier. The exercises in Bodyweight Burn are scalable to wherever you’re starting out. And any movement can be broken down into accessible steps. It’s one of our specialties.

Q: What if I can’t do the exact number of rounds or reps of a workout? Should I keep repeating that day until I can match the numbers in the manual? Or should I just move on to the next day?

A: Just move on. It’s part of the process. Each type of workout will show up again in the program, and your performance will progress each time. Record your numbers in your journal, and try to do a little more each workout. As long as you’re making progress, you’re on track.

Q: I hurt X body part and I’m in pain when I train. What do you recommend?

A: Please see a doctor and get cleared for exercise. A recent injury is nothing to mess around with. Get those preconditions cleared, ask your doc about specific exercises that should be avoided with your condition, and let us know. We can help you create workarounds, but we can’t offer medical advice.

Q: I’m vegetarian. Can I still follow Bodyweight Burn and the Carb-Synch diet system?

A: Most of our vegetarian and vegan clients have had success simply by swapping our suggested meat-based protein sources for whatever works for them. If you follow the meal structures laid out in the program, you’ll get the desired results.

Q: Can I omit the 24 hour fast days?

A: Yes, you can substitute them with Low Carb days. But progress will be quicker if you use the fast days as indicated.

Q: Do I need to use the recommended supplements?

A: Sticking to the minimum plan of protein, BCAAs and fish oil is highly recommended. Following the entire supplement plan will provide faster results and improved health if you are following the Bodyweight Burn program to the letter. But you will still get good results without using any supplements.

Q: Do I take the recommended supplements on 24 hour fasting days?

A: The post-workout supplementation plan is highly recommended for BW Metabolic-Muscle workouts. It is useful for BW Afterburners, but not as crucial. And it’s not necessary for BW Cardioflow sessions. As far as diet days go, follow the supplementation routine for Low Carb days (it’s your only exception on those days). But only BCAAs are allowed on 24 Hour Fasting days.

Q: When is it better to work out on 24 hour fasting days? Before or after the meal?

A: If possible, do your workout while in the fasted state.

Conclusion of Bodyweight Burn Review

There can be a lot of misconceptions about bodyweight training programs. But when it comes down to the bottom line you wonder…Will it work for me?

If you stick to it, the Bodyweight Burn System can and will work for you.

The ability to workout anywhere using just your bodyweight leaves you no excuse to lose body fat and add lean muscle. The videos, the bonuses, the meal plans will help everyone from a beginner to the most experienced gym rat.

Keep in mind. A typical gym membership can cost you upwards of $50/month. A personal trainer can cost upwards of $60-75/hour. For a one time cost of $19, it can be tough to beat. I hope this review of the Bodyweight Burn System has provided some valuable insight for you to consider. Whatever bodyweight circuit training you choose, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the rewards.
